Work Description
  • Perform payroll process as per the timeline.
  • Make a payroll report & present it to stakeholders
  • Ensure payroll procedure & SOP comply with government policy
  • Conduct tax, Pph, BPJS & overtime calculations.
  • Review employee benefits, and ensure the effectiveness, fairness & competitive
  • Analyst & benchmark the salary & benefits structure of employee
Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any degree
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Required Skill(s): payroll, ms office, Pph21
  • Proficiency in Ms. Excel (formula, reporting) is a must.
  • Have a good Analysis, Risk Management, Comben Strategy & Benefits knowledge
  • Having good communication skills.
  • Discipline, initiative & ability to work under pressure.
