•Conduct training needs analysis

•Create training curriculum, syllabus, and design the content for digital programs

•Deliver trainings

•Evaluate training effectiveness and result

•Prepare reports related to the training process and employee development

•Bachelor Degree, majoring in any field with minimum GPA of 2.80 (out of 4.00)

•Minimum 2 years experience as training staff/trainer who design, deliver and evaluate trainings

•Highly independent, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, posses strong drive and enjoy interacting with people, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules

•Willing travel

•Fluent in English (both oral & written)

•Computer Literate
