- Berpengalaman di ERP System (point plus pengalaman di SAP)
- Mengerti Programing Database
- Pernah membuat user manual aplikasi dan cepat belajar system aplikasi baru
- Terbiasa bekerja secara Multitasking dan siap bekerja secara shift di hari Sabtu - Minggu (bergantian dengan team)
- Pengalaman dibidang IT min 1 tahun.
- Pendidikan min S1 (System, Manajemen Informatika, Komputer Akuntansi)
- Usia maksimal 30 th,
Has education background in Bachelor/Master Degree
Experienced in formal University/Academic (as Program Head) is a plus
Experienced in building or set up Corporate University or Corporate Learning Centre
Preferably have networks with Ministry of Education, DIKTI, and similar institutions relted to accreditation
Has experience in running in profit centre training center is a plus
- Bachelor Degree in reputable university.
- Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for at least 4 years.
- Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices.
- Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations.
- Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS, especially Pro-Int).
- Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.
