Responsibilities: 

• Key role in the analysis, design, development and testing of SAP Business Warehouse as well as front end reports and dashboards across multiple integrated actionable data sources to run the business more effectively.
• Working within the business and other team members to build requirements and design functional specifications for the data warehouse and front end dashboard and reports. Maintain a clear understanding of the potential impacts of proposed solutions on the other areas of the system and/or project.
• Translate functional specifications into technical specifications and ensure a comprehensive data warehouse design.
• Configure and code the data warehouse.
• Develop and execute unit testing for all developed objects including testing documentation and validation. Assists in system test, performance test and other user tests are needed.
• Resolve coding, configuration, security, performance and data issues in a timely fashion.
• Develops and maintains accurate documentation and meta data for the data warehouse.

• Min S1 in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines

• Min 3-5 years on Data Analyst / Engineer / Service Management / Contact Center Field

• Have a solid background and technical skills in their area of specialisation. They must also understand business metric performance, and target setting.

• Have an experiences developing data dashboard from the beginning,  maintaining the data performance and data framework

• Require the ability to analyse large amounts of data and provide recommendations to support the development of long and short-term IT management performance strategies.
